Our Dogs
Our dogs are at the heart of our program. Each one plays an important role, not just in breeding, but in shaping the environment, temperament, and experiences of the puppies we raise.
We believe it’s important for families to understand who our dogs are, how they’re cared for, and the role they play in our program. Transparency and respect guide how we introduce them here.
Their Role in Our Program
Our dogs are raised and cared for as individuals first. Their well-being, temperament, and quality of life are always the priority.
When planning pairings, we consider health, temperament, structure, and compatibility. Each decision is made thoughtfully, with the goal of supporting steady temperaments and long-term success for the puppies produced.
Our dogs live as part of daily life on our rural property, with routine care, interaction, and attention from multiple people. This allows us to observe them closely and ensure their needs are consistently met.
Health and Care
We are committed to maintaining the health and well-being of our dogs throughout their lives. This includes routine veterinary care, ongoing observation, and making responsible decisions that prioritize both physical and emotional health.
We believe good care is not just about individual moments, but about consistency over time. Our dogs are supported through attentive management and thoughtful practices designed to promote longevity and overall well-being.
Meet Our Dogs
Below you’ll find the dogs who make up our program. Each has their own personality, strengths, and role.
As our program evolves, this page may change. Some dogs may be retired from breeding and continue life as cherished companions, while others may join our program thoughtfully and intentionally.
A Thoughtful Approach
Our dogs are not defined by numbers or output. Each one is valued for who they are and the role they play in our program.
We believe responsible breeding starts with responsible care, and we’re proud to be transparent about the dogs who make Homegrown Huskies what it is.
